Only more of the Garden

I'm sorry - but not a lot is happening around here except for the garden.

I promise, if the Lord is willing and things go as planned, I will have "The Clark's 4th of July" pictures and some "Parker" pictures on this blog by the end of next week.

But until then, the tomatoes continue to grow.

Some of the corn should be ready next week.

Just to keep up with Shelley

Since we won't see Parker until July 4th and Shelley is posting more to her blog, I thought I would tell about the garden.

The cabbage made six pretty good heads.

Here's the largest one.

Here are the other five.

We made sauerkraut. We put the first batch in pint jars yesterday afternoon.

The corn continues to grow.

We had begun eating some tomatoes.

They are good but much smaller than we have grown in the past.

We are also enjoying squash and cucumbers.
